Before joining s+a in 2008, she served for seven years as Licensing Associate and Sales Assistant at the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, where she managed its vast visual archives, contributed to brand and product development, and aided in the sale of Warhol’s artwork to the Foundation’s numerous clients. She also worked on various publications, including the 20-Year Report, a three-volume set chronicling the history of the Foundation.
Ms. Stein has provided consulting services to various artists, artist trusts, galleries, and small non-profit organizations, developing their programming, legacy planning, and organizational/archival systems. Since 2007, she has produced various interactive public art exhibitions and events, which have attracted worldwide media attention. She has also participated in a number of symposiums and panels at venues including the Museum of Chinese in America, the New School for Design, New York University, and George Mason University. She received a B.F.A. from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts and Tufts University.
